Items may be returned within 30 days of shipment. Please email us at info@mygardenflag.com to request a return authorization before sending anything back.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement or a refund. Please email us clear photos of the defective item for reference. In most cases, you do not need to return broken items unless specifically instructed by us.

Once your return is authorized, you may send the item back. For non-defective returns, only the product price will be refunded. Restocking fees may apply.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including the original shipping charges from us. We do not refund shipping fees.

All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all original labels to be eligible for a refund.
