30-Day Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of shipment. Before sending an item back, email info@mygardenflag.com for review and return authorization. Returns sent without authorization may be refused or may not qualify for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please email clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we will provide a replacement or refund. In many cases, a damaged item does not need to be returned unless we specifically request it.

Non-Defective Returns

• Items must be unused, unwashed, resellable, and returned in the original packaging with all labels and components.
• Refunds cover the eligible product price only.
• Original outbound shipping and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply when an item or its packaging is not returned in original resellable condition.

Custom and personalized products are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
